Karen is an experienced psychotherapist, counsellor and EMDR practitioner, specialising in working with people affected by psychological trauma. This includes PTSD, complex PTSD and related issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. She is a graduate of the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London – the largest training centre for transpersonal and integrative psychotherapy in the UK. She is a member of several professional associations, including UKCP, BACP and the EMDR Association UK.
